Kidz Zone Holiday Club Rothwell – Terms & Conditions
By booking a place at Kidz Zone Holiday Club Rothwell, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings & Payments
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will always be prioritised.
- Payment should be made at the time of booking or no later than one week before your child’s first session.
- Refunds are available with 72 hours’ notice for payments made directly via bank transfer or card payments. An admin booking fee of 5% will be deducted.
- Tax‑Free Childcare payments and childcare voucher payments cannot be refunded but can be carried forward as credit for future sessions.
- Payments will be returned if a session must be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met.
Cancellations, Absences & Refunds
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances or your child’s illness.
- If your child has experienced sickness within 48 hours of the session, please do not bring them to the club.
Behaviour & Conduct
- Kidz Zone Holiday Club reserves the right to remove any child from the programme, without refund, if they are found to be displaying disruptive behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Health, Safety & Welfare
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us updated if anything changes.
- Kidz Zone Holiday Club and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the session.
- Children should attend with a healthy packed lunch and a filled water bottle.
Photography & Media
- You must inform us if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes.
- Please notify us via email or phone if your preferences change at any time.
