IMPORTANT!!!- Please note if you require a 9-4pm session you will need to contact us direct on 07379909222. This summer, our theme is ‘Race across the World’. Each week, children will virtually travel to a different continent, exploring the rich customs and traditions that make each place unique. They’ll enjoy a vibrant mix of crafts, sports, dance, and food‑themed activities, all designed to be great fun, spark curiosity and celebrate global culture.
Camp notes
* Please ensure your child brings a healthy packed lunch and a water bottle every day.
* As we play outside daily in all weather conditions, please provide appropriate clothing and footwear.
* Please also send your child with a sun hat and sun cream during the warmer months.
* If your child requires support reapplying sun cream, please speak to a member of staff.
* Each half term, we collect a large amount of lost property. As we hire the school premises, all lost property must be collected by 4:00pm on the final day of camp. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
* We love working with parents and carers. If you would like to visit the club to talk to the children about your job role, culture, or customs, we would be delighted to arrange a suitable date with you.
*Screen use-We only use one large whiteboard screen in the hall. It helps us show the day’s activities and watch short educational videos such as BBC Bitesize. Sometimes we show an age‑appropriate film or cartoon like Mr Bean as relaxation time in our busy 10hour day or a treat. Parents can ask for their child to opt out at any time.
Children never use personal devices, and screen time is always supervised and limited in line with current government guidance.
*We provide a quiet rest area for children who become tired or unwell during their time at the club. Although sleep is rare, staff will always supervise children closely if they do fall asleep, ensuring they are comfortable, safe and lying in a position that keeps their face and airway clear. Rest takes place in a calm space away from busy activities, and parents are informed if their child sleeps due to illness. Our approach follows current EYFS safer‑sleep guidance to keep children safe and supported.
